BSG is intended to provide a solution to Bentley system groups which is electronic equipment maintenance based company. Using this application they can manage customers, customer locations, rooms, and room wise equipment. On equipment, they can manage every issue like IR problems and electrical problems. Based on issues they can create a task and allocate to an engineer. Apart from this, using FLIR libraries, in IR problems they can mark the temperature of a particular point from an image. Using FLIR library integration, they can see the temperature of any pixel from the uploaded image.
