Astron EHS is a customized solution to manage their office employee’s work. Astron Pvt Ltd is an insurance Claim Management company and outsourcing company for doctors to manage their claims and Clinic Operations. In this solution, they will be able to import claim excel file and can assign each claim record to other agents. Once Manager will allocate any file to agents at that time management will be notified via notification and can see that claim data in his to-do list. Claim Follow up will fill up verification data that they have verified for that patient via call or email. Once Agent did with his work, Agent will send that record for approval to QC manager once the manager will approve this record then it will be removed from an agent and QC todo List. So basically this solution is to manage their day to day operation and task allocation and tracking. Other than This solution has an internal messaging system through which the user can send a message.
