Requirements elicitation & Scope
Requirements elicitation (also known as Requirements Gathering or Capture) is the process of generating a list of requirements (functional, system, technical, etc.) from the various stakeholders (customers, users, etc.) using various technique (Interviews, Questionnaires, User Observation, Brainstorming, etc) that will be used as the basis for the formal Requirements Definition.
Sketches & Wireframes
A wireframe sketch is the initial hand-drawn design process, using paper and pen/pencil, of what a website design will look like. And to help you get inspiration as well as effective reference points.<br /> It's the important step of flow which defines user experience & interface of software/solution.
Design & development
Design is the process of defining the components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements. Development is the process of creating or altering systems, along with the processes, practices, models, and methodologies used to develop them.<br /> In this week, we can use various development methods like Agile (Scrum), waterfall, etc. In this phase every week will be reported and updated to cient with understable format.
Delivery & Maintainance
After 3 phases, final product will be delivered and uploaded on server with respected solution, And Maintainance is our responsibility and will maintain every piece of it with respected to mentioned maintainance period during contract.
